The lady that set my appointment was very friendly and professional. The technician was on time and very helpful. He answered all questions and even helped jumped my car as it has been sitting a while and was dead. Price was close to estimate and service was done quickly.

Fast talking as to estimate. Changed guts in 3 locks, kept my old ones which were new except new owners so needed to change. When trying one out before he left it fell out in my hand. Now another is getting ready to do the same thing..... called and whoever I was talking to was not very professional and hung up... Now wont answer.... 287.00 for 15 minutes work and shoddy work at that... Will never allow my daughter to look up a company again. I did not see rating or I would never have called this place... Better Business Bureau is being notified next....

I was a customer on a Sunday afternoon when I locked myself and my daughter out of the house on a hot afternoon. I should have read the reviews before I called. I waited over 45 minutes before I received a call with an ETA. The ETA time was another hour. The tech arrived 90+ minutes later. After a 3 hour wait the sticker shock came! The website says no weekend or after hour fees but they charged $246 cash! It would have been more if I paid with a card. I did some research and it appears the average cost is $100-200 and this is Ohio so we usually arent on the high end. So needless to say, I felt like this charge ($246) was way too much and left me feeling taken and frustrated after such a long wait with poor communication on an ETA.I did get in my home though. So I guess they get 1 star for that.

Even though they didn't get there as soon as they said, they called to let me know what was going on. They were very professional and helpful. They made sure my family was securely in the house before they left.

This place is the worst place I have ever dealt with. First off the guy showed up smoking a cigarette....Then so called 'locksmith technician' couldn't even unlock a dead bolt that has been on the door for 10 year, but instead climbed in a window.. Then charged me $180 to do it. I have called multiple times to talk to a supervisor and still have not received a phone call. This is a vary poor managed place. I will tell everyone not to ever use this place!
