Have had good experiences here in the past. Today was totally different. Came in looking for a gasket. The guy blew me off saying the gasket was sold separately, only with the cap it went in. I knew that wasn't true since I'd seen it sold online in several places. But I wanted to support a local business. I'd stopped at the Ace hardware in Athens the day before and the guy there even showed me where to get the part online and suggested several other options for solving my problem. He even encouraged me to go to the Plains store, thinking they would have that. When I explained that to the guy at the Plains store he said, 'Well, we're not associated with them, they don't know what they're talking about.' Very rude and dismissive. 'Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks?' Not in The Plains, sad to say. Won't be going back there.

I have been in 3 times now for different issues and every time has been great. Glad to support a business in The Plains instead of driving up to Athens.
