My son called this guy cause he locked himself out of the house. He told my son he does not take a card. Cash only! He was so rude with him then told him it would be $50. My son said he didn't think he had $50 bucks in his wallet so guy just turned and said he had things to do. My son stopped him and told him he could ask his mom for the cash. Guy turned and said well you go ask your 'mommy' then call me. So he walked over all the way to my house I have him cash and I called the guy so he could meet my son there. Guy answered and when I gave him address the guy said 'yeah been there they don't have money. I'm done here!' Them hung up on me I think this guy takes cash so he has no paper trail for taxes. Save your time call A-1

I can not believe this business is still open. Very unprofessional and rude. I used there services before and it was $50 dollars. I called again a few weeks later and it was $65. I respectfully asked why the price was raised and he said If you dont like my prices go find someone cheaper. Bye! I was happy to pay the money! I was just curious as to why the price went up $15. I love to support local business, but I will never use their services again.

Was very unprofessional and rude. Direct quote: 'Well I want to get paid, don't drag me out if I won't get paid.' That, among other rude comments, were made. That's his job. To unlock doors. I was polite and reassured him he would, indeed, get paid. The price was reasonable, but he doesn't take cards, only cash or check. I wrote a check, and four weeks later my check still isnt cashed. I'll walk across town instead next time.
