My car had been broken down for about 24 hours when I was recommended to Cook Locksmith. My steering wheel was stuck. Someone jammed the wrong key in the ignition and it locked up my cylinder. I went all the way to texas to visit the Kia dealership tp have a new key cut. They were unable to help or really give any advice without seeing the car. I felt like it was a losing battle.THENNN. It took Cook Locksmith less than 10 minutes to fix my issue. He was helpful and even showed me how to fix the problem myself if there is another issue in the future. I would highly recommend!

Called and asked if a service could be performed, and was answered with an assuming ' nope, there's no way I can do that'. No research, no questions, just nope. Called another locksmith who was, at first leery, because of the implied complexity, but cared enough to ask some questions, and figured out that it was actually very easy and something they do normally on a daily basis.
