After setting up a time to meet at his place place of business to have keys made (this is how he advertises for hard to find key replacements) the owner or his helper never show up. I called the owner to find out when someone would be there because they where already 20 minutes late. I was told that the helper was on his way back. I asked if he even knew that I was there waiting and couldn't get a straight answer.Needless to say no one ever showed up. No phone call or communication, except on my part. Very poor way to manage a business. I realize that there are other jobs that have to get done away from the place of business but if you (owner ) set up a time to meet the least you could do is try to be there. I waited over an hour and no one showed up. Called several times and he only answered the first time. Voice mail and text. Still no response. Very poor service. Oh wait no service. I would not recommend this business for any kind of job. If he handles customers in this manner what would he be like for any kind of follow-up after getting paid for a job. Very poor service. Lucky to get one star.

I'd have to say Ron Davis is excellent at what he does. He made an emergency call for the wkend to help unlock an apartment for us. Very responsibly with prices. He cares about his customers and was very thoughtful in coming out on the wkend more especially in this cold weather. I'd most definitely will be using his services again if need be. Once again thanks so much Ron in helping my family out.
