I had a blowout and had to buy a new spare tire out of state that did not match the tires on my vehicle. Brandy was willing to get the right tire and trade for my new spare. Everytime i have had a flat fixed at Sam's, they have given excellent service. They are fast and very efficient. I also appreciate them putting a paper mat to keep my carpet clean.

Short notice. I'm from out of town and burned a wheel bearing out on the expressway. Sam learned of my plight at 1pm and when my parts arrived at 3 he had me on the road by close. Informed me of non related issues and went out of his way to make sure I was safe to continue my journey. When it came time to square up the tab I was so pleasantly suprised at the relatively low shop time fee that I had to say thank you.So...Thank you Sam. Ive had 3 of my vehicles serviced there, a Ford Expedition, a Chevy Impala and a Mercedes C240. ALL types of issues, they are fair priced, they communicate when to expect the work to be completed, they have let me use my own parts at times.. Ive moved from Perry now, wish i had someone like them around the corner here.

The tire repair crew is top notch. Those boys work super hard. Get the job done fast. And are kind to the customer.The woman in the office with the red/pinkish hair on the other hand is just plain rude. To some people that can ruin the whole experiance. Would forsure trust the hard working staff to repair the tires on the family car.

SAM'S stands for Sh.tty Auto Mechanic Service.. Absolutely THE WORST place to take your car. You have to call multiple times a day for updates and they are soo busy they cant even look at it til next week?!? SAM'S is a joke.
