I came in with an ignition issue, and instead of ramping up the bill like some other companies might do, they were very honest, and did exactly what was necessary to help get me back on the road for a better price than anywhere else in the area. The price was phenomenal, everyone I dealt with was super nice and professional, and they completely earned a customer for life. 100% suggest that if you need keys for any reason, or key accessories, try them first.

Called on Friday to set up a Monday appointment at our office to fix an interior keyed door lock. Spoke with Eric on Friday to set up the appointment. Kalen showed up on time as scheduled on Monday. He quickly and professionally repaired the malfunctioning lock. The charge was as quoted by Eric on Friday. Very pleased with both Eric and Kalen. Both very pleasant and professional. The locksmith was great. The duplicate that another place made didn't open the lock, but Gresham Locksmith manually got the code from the bad copy & was able to make a key that worked. He was so confident that it would, he recommended I get a spare which I did, & both of the keys he made worked. Awesome work.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I was in need of a chipped key for my Ford Expedition after losing all of my keys at the bottom of a river. I arranged for them to come to my home to make the key as I was unable to drive the vehicle to them. Once they arrived, they began working on getting a key made for me. Once they were done, they told me they broke the locking cylinder in my trunk during the process of making the key. I asked for them to replace it or to give me the money to replace it, but they refused. After they left, I attempted to drive my vehicle but found the car to not be in the condition of which it was in before the new key was made. I have yet to get a reimbursement and do not plan on using them as a locksmith ever again. I highly discourage anyone going to this shop for anything more than a simple house key being copied.

This place is amazing. I've been doing business with Doug and his crew for 10 years now. Very knowledgeable and professional tradesmen work here. Old school atmosphere. I recently needed a key made for a vehicle. The dealerships wanted $385.00 plus a 2 hour appointment to cut and program the key. Gresham locksmith had it done in under 10 minutes, charging me 1/4 the price, saving me hundreds of dollars. Honest hard working people with great work ethics. You can't find a better locksmith anywhere.

If I could give these guys a 10 I would. I called Gresham Locksmith for a home lock out. The person who answered the phone was polite and very professional. He quoted the price and gave me the possible variables effecting the charges. He told me 20 minutes for arrival. 21 minutes later the locksmith arrived; one minute late...oh gosh, to me that is incredible promptness, I was prepared to wait much longer. Two minutes later I'm in my house. 23 minutes from call to in. I didn't get the techs name, but there is an initial 'D' on the invoice. Thanks, 'D' and Gresham Locksmith. Went in there and was quoted a price for pairing new key fobs to my Camry. Was told to order them online and that they would have no problem programming them for $10. Then today sent my husband in with the key fobs for them to tell him that it would cost $40 to pair them and that I was the 'typical' wife that doesn't know what I was talking about. He then after waiting for 2 hrs was told they couldn't do it but would have to pay for 'their time'. My husband questioned that because was never told that he would have to pay for 'what if's' n what about his waisted time? That's when the guy continued to talk about me as the 'typical' wife who dosent know what I was talking about. That's when my husband told them to not talk about his wife like that and then was told to just leave as they tossed the keys on the counter. N if that wasn't enough as he was walking out he noticed they still had our other keys to our other vehicle. He asked for his keys n they tried to keep them saying that he wouldn't get them until he paid for the time waisted. He then raised his voice n expressed that his truck was worth way more then the waisted time they both had. At this point the 2nd worker just gave him the keys n asked him to leave... I would not go here or ever send anyone there ever!!!!

Staff was fun and courteous. They cloned my car key for $85 in <10 minutes after the Nissan dealer quoted me $150 and an hour to program it. I felt the staff was honest with me and were willing to advise me on a few problems I mentioned. Would recommend trying them out.
