Read prev. post. I have used A Assured for past 15+ years and never had a bad experience. Local, professional, ethical. Our most recent experience was just a few weeks ago when my son snapped off tip of key inside the ignition. I let him handle it....he called in the roadside repair guy who spent 2 hours and accomplished nothing except minor damage to the plastic surround. Round 2: Brent came to the car, fixed in under 30 minutes, charged < $100.

Very fast and friendly service. Larry fixed in minutes what appeared to be a very complicated lock mechanism on my back door. He was able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone and he brought the exact part with him to the house call. Highly recommend!

Horrible service. Greeted the guy working there, he just ignored me & kept staring. Had a pair of GM blank keys that needed to be cut. Told me they don't do that. Really??? Then was trying to sell me his keys instead. Have not seen such bad service practice.

Had just moved to Lake Oswego and a file cabinet that I didn't have the key for got locked during the move. I thought I was going to have to drill the lock because another locksmith wanted $65 to come out and put in a new lock. The cabinet wasn't worth that.Instead these guys asked for the number on the lock, made me a key based on that code. The key worked perfectly and it only cost $10.If I ever need locksmith work done, these guys will be the first I call.
