The lid of my roof rack cargo carrier flew off in the middle of 217. A Gales Towing & Recovery driver (I didnt catch his name) pulled over drove the lid back to my car and tied it on with zip ties for me. He had no obligation to do so. I had my two littles in the car and it would have taken me an hour to get it sorted out. I am so grateful!

Rain assisted me when I had a flat tire. I couldn't remove the lug nuts off the wheel (2 of 5) as the Newberg dealership stripped certain ones. Rain let me use his phone during COVID and although I couldn't ride in the truck, I trusted him with my keys and vehicle. He was diligent in handling my vehicle and situation. Many thanks.
