I locked the keys in my truck and didn't have enough to pay for it. They gave me a good deal and got here quickly even though I'm in a different town. The lady that answered the phone was awesome and the guys that's unlocked it were really friendly and they got it done quick. I would highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in the same situation.

New home, called J&L to re -key doors.Mike showed up within the hour. He even offered to swap out my front door knob (sun damaged) with the more attractive one from the garage. Good thinking, I didn't even notice.Mike was professional and courteous, and during this period of 'social distancing' he respected my boundaries and sanitization requests.I would recommend calling Mike out to your home or car or business without hesitation.

At first we had a great service from you...... Then the next day I talked to at least 4 different people requesting the technician call us back so we can have him look at something, called again this morning and still can't get a call back. I even emailed them to see if they would respond.... Guess not.

I talked to them four times and each time the amount was changed. After getting a quote from the office about how much it would cost to just get them out to my specific location, the service guy called to tell me he was just leaving. When I asked him about the price, he said that Oh no, it would cost more than that to come to your place. When I talked to the office again, they gave me a different price. When I asked why the difference in price, he couldnt tell me, nor would he respond to the variation of the quote when I first ordered the service, ten minutes prior and now a totally different price from the original quote. I called another company, and they referred to the company as scammers. I called and cancelled the service and then got a run around by a fourth person. She didnt want me to cancel and came up with all sorts of reasons why. None of them had to do with the price or that I was cancelling. Definitely felt scammed. I can not recommend this company.

Great service from Joe, he saved me a trip to the Eugene Lexus dealership 2.5 hours away. Had my new proximity key programmed on my 07 Lexus es350 and key cut within 30 minute of arrival. Very knowledgeable and you could tell that he just wanted to help and give me straight forward info about the fob and possibility of it not working since I had bought it off eBay, 10/10 I would recommend.

Riley came out to make a lost key for my vehicle. The ignition had already been replaced once, so we ended up having to replace it again, but he did a great job and was very professional and personable despite the uncooperation of my ignition. He was an excellent reflection on his organization with his patient and diligent attitude.( It was very cold also.) I highly recommend them for any of tour lock or key needs.

I locked myself out of my car (there's a first for everything) during a snowy day in January, 2020, and I called several lock services to assist. This company was the first to arrive although they underestimated the wait time, something that wouldn't have been a huge deal if I could have been warm inside of my house while I waited. Thankfully, a neighbor was home so after the allotted wait-time had passed, I sought shelter there. I had already called my insurance company prior to calling this business as the unlock service is included in my policy. So when the technician asked for payment, I explained that they just needed to bill my insurance. He didn't know how to do this so I again called my insurance company who said to pay the service provider and submit my bill to them for reimbursement. It took 8 contacts via email and phone to get the proper invoice created in order to submit my receipt to my insurance for reimbursement, constantly getting the run around that the 'system is down', 'I'll have to send you to the supervisor,' 'I'll have it to you by the end of the day.' I can't imagine how many additional attempts it would have taken had my insurance agent not stepped in and contacted them directly. The lack of customer service and professionalism with this company was extremely disappointing, it felt like they didn't care to assist me further now that they had the payment.

He was very easy to talk to and Patient even when we realized that in searching for my keys I had killed the battery, oops. He made 2 keys right in front of me and programmed them so I can drive my truck again I highly recommend using them they come to you so no towing the car and Ein knew just what to do. I just bought a new home and the second day in the house I accidentally locked one of the bedroom doors. This door had an actual key lock (like what you would use on the exterior door of your home) and the first locksmith I called was unable to pick the lock. Luckily Van came out and was able to get the door unlocked in about five minutes!! Great customer service and speedy response. If I ever am locked out of something, this company is my definite go to!

I was very impressed with the ease and efficiency of getting two keys made for my GMC. Spoke with Van on the phone gave him the run down and he was at my house within 20 minutes. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't take him long at all, plus answered all sorts of random questions while he worked! He even chatted with my elderly mother and myself after the job was all finished. Very kind. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them in the future!Thanks again!!

I dont usually leave reviews but had to today Worst experience I have had wit a business in a long time I was told to meet at the shop in 20/30 minutes got there waited an Additional hour The person could not figure out what blanks to use the kid was lost I needed a set for my Rv the guy kept playing on his phone trying to figure it out And was totally lost finally grabbed my keys wet to another shop in 10 mins they had all 6 keys mad

I went down too j&l too see if i could get a few keys made for my house and was expecting it to be kind of pricey. i was wrong as i walked in Veronica had greeted me and i asked if they were able to do that she had said it was no problem.
