The entire service was mind-boggling! Quick to respond to my inquiry, was able to schedule for the next day, a Saturday, to have my locks replaced after moving into a new condo. Called to ask if I'd be home for the technician to come earlier than the 2 hour window given. Zack was fantastic! Explained my options and everything he was doing. Fast and professional! I'd definitely use them again!

So I locked myself out of the house. Not totally my fault we have an electronic keypad so I never carry a key with me. Sounds like a great idea until the battery died and locked me out of the house. So I called Need My Locksmith and he came right over within about 10-15 minutes and was able to get me back in. Super quick. Super nice. Very fair price!

I am so pleased that these guys more than lived up to theirs. I have now used them for 4 locks and they have a always been prompt to respond, very courteous and with great prices.
