I requested an estimate to do a whole-house rekeying (8 doors, 16 locks) and Bob was able to schedule me within 2 days. He called me the day-of to confirm, was very professional while in the house, and was able to complete the job in under an hour and a half despite the number of locks that needed to be removed. Reasonable rates, quick service. I would definitely recommend.

I needed to have three locks changed on three doors and a deadbolt added to a fourth door. I called Bob and he came out on time the next day and completed all the work with expertise and cordiality within a short period of time. He was very easy to work with and very professional in his efforts. He even keyed all four locks alike, thus making it easier for my wife and myself to carry less keys. While moving furniture into our house, we accidentally locked ourselves out. Bob was one of the only Locksmiths open at the time (8:30pm on a Thursday) and his price was more than fair. Bob showed up within 20 minutes of our phone conversation and gave us a couple different options. He had us back in our home 10 minutes after arriving.
