Update: He made it right. Gave us a discount on service, and also an apology. Once service was provided, it was very good. Key worked great.This guy is a joke. Outrageously priced, so you would think at a minimum polite and professional. Abosolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any sort of service. He gave my husband the run around to meet to have a car key made at the car. We lost our key. An hour and a half later, no service. When my husband calls to make sure he is still coming he has the audacity to say he will get there when the f*** he gets there? So, we will be spending our money elsewhere and will be sure to continue to inform everyone and anyone we know of our horrible experience with the 'Pocono Cant Get you Unlocked Doctor'

This guy is a professional and goes above and beyond. The Lexus dealer quoted me at over 300$ to get a spare master key made for my IS300, with wireless unlock programmed for the car. Its a special laser cut key that is difficult to recreate. I brought Pocono Lock Doctor a blank copy and he cut the key perfectly for 30$, And showed me how to program the key to work electronically for my car for free. Insane. He wouldnt even let me give him extra money. 5 stars.

I called Pocono Lock Doctor to change the lock on my front door. They recommended a lock that fit my needs and we set a date to install. Turned out that the lock could not be installed on my door. I'm not sure why because it supposed to fit a left and right door. The guy that came seemed knowledgable and tried to help, but seems he didn't have experience with this lock.

Very unprofessional! The guy I talked to on the phone gave me the run around with what time he was open and available. Called him on a Friday and said anytime after 9am Saturday. Showed up at ten, and said he wouldn't be available till eleven...I drove 25 mins to listen some misinformed shmuck. I will never use the lock douche!

I got locked out of my apartment around the time where all the local locksmiths were closing. I called several places and unfortunately they either did not pick up, or said it was too late. Thankfully, this company answered the call and its employee Moises was willing to come help me out on his day off. He drove around 40 minutes, and was very nice about everything. The next day he came back to paint everything over and made the door look better than before he first came. Awesome service.

Absolutely incredible. For months i needed to change the battery on my key remote and even though i took it to a professional they did not know how to do it, not only did Pocono lock doctor help me after business hours but then i was unable to start my car and he guided me about the chip that apparently fell out that i was unaware of, explained how to reinsert it then checked on me. Their customer service cant be topped. Thank you and im excited to do business with you!

My key faub died in my car, I called them Thanksgiving at 4pm. They picked up on the first ring, with in 30 mins IRVINE called me to tell me he was on his way! Arrived within an hour. He was fantastic. He worked quickly, in 10 degree weather ON THANKSGIVING! What a great company and great guy! Thank you!!.PS. Poor guy left his gloves at my moms house. This guy is a lifesaver! Was visiting my family on Saturday and ignition wouldnt turn in my 97 Celica GT. Call up the dr and he came out in the noreaster and fixed the ignition. The pins were all messed up from years of use. He was polite and had the job done in under 90 minutes. He even had everything put back together correctly and gave me 2 new spare keys! Cant thank him enough. Would definitely use his service again!

This gentleman saved my life . We were 4 hours away from home and my keys came up missing and the dealer couldn't help me . I called him have came in 30 minutes cut me 2 keys gave me a key fob and programmed them in a half hour and got me back on the road home. My Jeep 2012 Liberty keyfob has seen it's last days I needed a new one. To avoid the dealer I ordered the keyfobs from a second party. The two keyfobs arrived the instructions sent me too look for a local locksmith. I found the Pocono Lock Doctor from what I read in his reviews all 5 stars and nothing else.
