I needed a key made for a older oak desk, I took the lock with me to see if they could make a key. I wasn't in there a total of 10 min. And left with 2 keys bought and paid for. I thought for sure that they would need my lock for a day or two to make the keys but they really surprised me. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of service like that.

Not the friendliest bunch for sure. Although they were very nice and helpful to the lady that came in AFTER me. They were reluctant to get up and actually see what I needed. I pointed out I needed new pins for two different cylinders (which I placed on the counter), showing that I had two different size old pins on a keyring so they could match what I needed easier. With barely a grunt he grabbed my stuff and went to the back. Never quoted a price or anything. Came back with a small bag, ' that's all you need' and rang me up. Only then was I told the price. Which although not unreasonable, was a bit on the steeper side. It wasn't until I got home I find they gave me the wrong pins. They were clearly the wrong size. Had to go back and again they were super friendly and eager to help a lady in there, but were fairly unenthused about helping me. In the end I DID get what I needed from them, but I will look for better service elsewhere.If you are female I'm sure you'll get the most friendly and prompt service. But they are getting 2 stars and one less returning customer from me.

My drivers locked themselves out of the truck by accident. I called this company and less than an hour later, even traveling 40 minutes, my guys were back in their truck. The cost was 1/4 of what a tow company wanted. Nice courteous young man.

Needed new car key made. Went to champion ford it was going to cost $100+. Then take 1hr 45mins to 2 1/2 hrs. Here at Interstate Security it was $75 and only took 5 minutes .

wow so I lost my only set of keys and was calling around to figure out what to do. Spoke to a Subaru dealer who told me I needed a 70 dollar transponder key but that they needed my car their to program it ... I asked them how that would be possible since I had no key to move my car ... so I called this guy the locksmith he tells me it's not a transponder key in his books and maybe to call a different dealer gives me all his prices ... I called another Subaru dealer and they telk me yea. I transponder key 11 bucks I can make you a new one ! So for 24 dollars I got two new keys made instead of paying 75 per key and towing my vehicle
