Always very helpful and knowledgeable about the projects and needs I have when I go in here. I'm one who likes to browse the aisle to find what I need, so initially I didn't like that someone would always approach me when I entered the store to help. However, I've since realized the error of my ways and now rely on their knowledge when I go into the store. I think I learn something almost every time I step foot in there and without a doubt they always have what I need. Very helpful and friendly people that work here. It is definitely an old school hardware store, so stop by for the great service and nostalgia.

Have HOA where I live. Have to have specific light fixture and they posted on their website that we could get at this particular store(appears they gave an agreement). Two steps in the door guy asks if he can help and we tell him above info. He never moves just takes of his glasses rubs his eyes and grunts like we spoke a different language, my husband shows him the website and he still looks confused and says I can order but It will take 6 days and thats when the truck comes(never looked to see if they actually had it in stock)We can get it in two days on amazon. After that type of customer service guess what Im doing.
