Awesome lock shop with friendly knowledgeable staff and fair prices. They have a solution for all your security needs. House Keys, Car Keys, Transponder Keys, High Security, Master Keys, Restricted Keys, Accessc Control, door closer, Panic Hardware, and Safe sales and opening. I love this place and so will you. Don't waste your time getting keys cut anywhere but here. These guys cut it right the first time every time. Best key / lock shop in the south eastern PA area. Can't say enough excellent things about this place but don't take my word for it. Pay them a visit and then go write your own Google review. They deserve the credit.

Friendly and expert help. Arrived on time, noticed I had ordered chrome when the rest of the house was brass, and drilled greater depth into a door frame that did not originally have sufficient depth for the dead-bolt. Good experience.

The owner and his technician Joe could not have been nicer, more helpful, more knowledgeable or more at your service. Joe came for an emergency, let me know his timing in advance, and asked specific questions so he wouldnt waste my time, arrived with the exact gear (for an old fashioned lock I thought for sure I would have to remove from my old door). He sorted the problem quickly and precisely. I wish everyone could do as great a job as these guys!!!!

Went in with an usual request as I had an old camera case that required an antique barrel-style key. Other places I had called weren't very helpful. The gents at South Penn had a ring full of keys. It took some searching but we found the right key and they got my case open. Needless to say I was ecstatic. Would definitely go back to them for regular stuff since they so efficiently handled this out of the ordinary request.

Overpriced and unwilling to help DIYers. If you dont buy everything from them, including overpriced service, they wont help. However, if you have a fortune to send Im sure they are very helpful, as evidenced by their 5star reviews from realtors.
