My son lost the keys to his 2003 Acura CL. It was locked and located in Elverson, PA. The spare set was at his college apartment in WV. We called Pop-A-Lock of Paoli, PA. He came to Elverson, was on time, pleasant and professional. Emeka made a key from scratch and programmed the new key in just under an hour. I would most definitely use his services again.

I had a key break off into my storm door so I needed it removed and to get a copy of my only remaining key. I went through 20 different businesses and nobody helped. One even ripped me off. Thank God I found Pop-A-Lock. Emeka took the time to order what I needed so all I had to do was come down with the key and he made me copies. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I highly recommend.

Emeka responded quickly to my request about making duplicate keys for my Kawi Ninja at 7 am on a Monday. He did research into the key I would need (motorcycles are notoriously difficult to get effective dupes for). He was able to meet with me the same day and get me two new keys for an awesome price. He took care in making sure the keys were perfect and that I was satisfied. Would go back to him for any of my key related needs!

Beyond thrilled with this experience. Toyota Glenn mills tried to rip me off. At Toyota I was able to get the key price down and was told with programming it would be about $300 (I lost key chip and buttons in fob). Went for Toyota then tried to tell me it required extra programming because my car was older and would be an additional $100. At this point I'm irritated to be spending $400 for a key to my 2004 land cruiser. My husband immediately googled and found Pop-a-lock. I spoke with the owner and he assured me it was not that complicated and could be done for $199 plus tax (for key with chip and programming). I could hardly believe it but he was very reassuring and said if the key doesn't work then I don't pay him anything. I bit the bullet and went with Pop-a-lock and have zero regrets. My key was ordered on a Friday and came in first thing Monday. I went that same day and my key was done and functional in 45 minutes. I highly recommend them for all of your lock needs. Greatest customer service experience I have had in a long time!!!!!! You won't regret using them either!!

Emeka of Pop-A-Lock was extremely helpful and timely in helping me get replacement 'smart' keys made for my car. I had lost both of my original keys, so Emeka had to travel to my residence and make two keys on-site. He came out to our house within a few days of contacting him, and charged about 20% less than our dealer would have (and my dealer was going to also force me to pay to have my car towed to the dealership). Both keys provided by Emeka work perfectly for the 'push to start' function of the vehicle, and the actual keys that were cut work as well. Thanks a ton Emeka!

My experience with Pop-A-Lock of Delaware Valley is 5 star excellent.I met Emeka when one of our sub contractors locked his keys in his work van and was frantic. We called for help and Emeka showed up very quickly and saved the day! I realized at that moment that I have been needing a locksmith at my house to do a variety of lock changes andrepairs - so made an appt with Emeka and he was the best man for the job! I had a key broken in the lock and he was able to remove and makea new key promptly. They do Motorcycle keys! I went to their location not realizing that they run by appointment only. They helped me out anyway! Emeka made me new keys for my 1999 Honda CBR600F4, and he lubed the locks on the bike too. He paid incredible attention to detail, and he was able to notice that the key I have for my gas tank was previously copied somewhat incorrectly(I have two different keys for my gas tank and my ignition - long story). He cut the new one properly. I have noticed when getting keys made at other locksmiths that the new carved ridges are slightly bumpy and that the edges are sharp. Emeka lightly ground the edges of the key so that they aren't sharp, and all of the carved ridges he made are smooth, the key inserts better than the one that was passed down to me when I purchased the bike. I am so glad I came here, I am never going to get a key copied by anyone else! Thank you!

Reliable and knowledgeable locksmith! I called Pop a Lock in Paoli to change out very old door knobs and locking hardware both inside and outside my house. Pop a Lock owner Emeka set my expectations on when he would arrive and came on time. We had a laugh over how old and kludgy my original doorknobs were! The job was difficult because the original jambs and receptacles were not standard. Emeka patiently adjusted to the unique challenges of each door and replaced with new door knobs. He even came back to replace a few more that I had originally forgotten to count in the original job. Great service. I enjoyed working with Pop a Lock!

I was in need of a replacement for the long lost key to my 1996 Nissan Maxima. I emailed Friday night asking for an estimate, assuming a call center would contact me to set up something for the following week. Not with Pop-A-Lock! Within a few minutes, I was texting with Emeka, the owner of many local Pop-A-Lock franchises. Not only did he set up an appointment for the following morning, he was also the locksmith who showed up Saturday morning to save the day. Phenomenal service, very skilled, and incredibly knowledgeable (I learned some useful tips and facts). Last, but not least, extremely personable and a joy to deal with. As long as I live in his area, Emeka Okoli is the only locksmith we will be using.
