Another satisfied customer here. I bought a Nest-Yale smart lock, but it was wider than the old deadbolt and I needed a larger hole cut in my metal door. I tried but didn't have the tools or skills. I called them and they arranged to have a tech visit on my day off. Nice to have that kind of support. He called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and did what was needed. Good work. I would HIGHLY recommend Advanced Lock & Security. I locked myself out of my apartment in the morning while I was on my way to work and didnt know who to call. I googled locksmiths near me and decided to give Advanced Lock a call. They arrived at my door within 5-10 minutes and solved the issue immediately. EXCELLENT SERVICE, Joe the technician arrived on Friday night July 26th (day before NJ shore vacation)after our only key broke off into a fully loaded Thule Xsport cargo roof top car carrier. Within 30 minutes he got the broken key out, made 2 new keys on the spot ,tested them several times, oiled the key hole and saved the day and lots of anguish at a very reasonable cost. When leaving for work, I discovered the security door lock wouldn't unlock lol Iwas locked in. I Googled a few places to view pricing, ratings and decided to give Advanced Lock & Security Inc a call. They took my information and called me back within 20 minutes to let me know someone was on the way and how soon they would arrive. As well, the Lock Smith called to give his eta. He was very personable, with great customer service skills. which helped put my elderly mother at ease as he took the time, while working to explain why the lock stopped working. It fixed in no time, and at a discount ! Thank you Ben !

Advanced Lock installed a new deadbolt for me. Several weeks later, as the weather changed, the bolt started sticking making it difficult to lock. I called Joe on a weekend and he came out same day and resolved the issue completely. He also adjusted the hinges on the door at no extra charge. The door now shuts easier as well. Thanks!

A tech named Joe C arrived and promptly explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix the lock on my front door. He took care of the issue quickly and saved me from having to purchase a new lock set. He also fixed the lock on my screen door and gave me some options with what I can do if I'd like to make other changes to it.Overall, this was a great experience. I'm amazed at the number of trades people who make appointments but never show up and don't answer calls. Dealing with Advanced was a very pleasant change. I would highly recommend them.
