For what it is, I give it 5 stars. It's a medium sized hardware store that has pretty much everything you need. You won't remodel your home from things in this store, but it's convenient and has all those odds and ends you would otherwise have to drive to Lowes or HD for. And you can always get help which is one of the failings of the large chains. The people are knowledgeable and I've gotten great advice here. Prices are generally a bit higher than the big chains, but many things are just as inexpensive. I like to think of it as my extended garage/shop for all that stuff needed to fix things around the house.

Went to grab a spark plug for my mower. After being ignored by 2 older men in the back one finally asked what I needed. After showing me where they were located and asking if I knew which size I needed he walked away and said to the other guy 'I hope he picked the wrong one.' To which the other man replied 'yeah I hope it leaks on him.'Seriously? I'll give these men the benefit of the doubt and assume it wasnt the color of my skin but either way I'll never shop here again.
