Amazing service! He was on time and extremely efficient! He completed the job quickly, but with great care & service. We love how he rekeyed our locks. We originally had two keys and now we have one. Both google and the sign on the door said they were open until 4:30pm yesterday, which was Wednesday, January 8th. I got there at 4:15pm and the door was locked and no one was there. Not cool. Please keep the hours you post and be respectful of people's time.

Was locked out of my apartment and had called 5 previous locksmiths. 3 didn't answer and one said, 'we don't have anyone available, good luck.' Chipps was the 5th one I called and came out quickly and got the job done fast. Said he was going to be about an hour but came out in like half that time. Very professional and friendly.
