Ok, Torbik Torbik Torbik... Where do I start?First, I would like to say that the pup the store owner has is just a beautiful little pooch. She was so happy 2 be greeted, she almost appeared that she was going to lift off with her tail acting as a propeller because it was wagging so fast! It's always nice to see an animal lover bring there top to a store to greet the customers. It really does make it feel more of a welcoming atmosphere.The lady behind the counter. Whom I believe is the owner, is just magnificent! She was just absolutely incredibly Pleasant and well-versed. She was not only very professional and courteous oh, she was quick and perfect! I was in and out very quickly, do to her diligence and years of practice. I will no longer get my keys made anywhere else except this place. I highly suggest it to anybody! Thank you for being such a great service to your company Miss. It was a pleasure doing business!

Absolutely the worst receptionist ever. Totally disregarded what I asked from the beginning. Then wanted $500 before any of my questions were answered. Asked if it was refundable no answer. Kept disregarding my questions. I have 5 screen shots of texts to prove it.

I am in a profession that requires electronic doors to be repaired and many keys to be replicated, locks re-keyed and handles replaced. They arrive on time, and provide professional, excellent service. If there's a little something extra that needs to be repaired, the workers will never fail to assist. They run a business the old fashioned way, they provide good customer service!

Great place to get your keys made. And they will make sure that your key fits your ignition. Staff goes all out and one of the only places locally that will make motorcycle and motor scooter keys. Good job guys!

Probably the best locksmith in the area. On call, all the time. Walk-ins are welcomed and the displays are on hand to help you figure out what you need or what your needs are for ur security. There's always a smiling face to meet you or greet you at ur appointments? Skill is their craft, and you will pay for what you get. Parking is limited on the side of the building.

The receptionist told me she would call me back with pricing after speaking to someone. She didnt. I called back to check in and was told the same story. Never got a call back. If you can't or won't do a job, say that.

Called and asked if they could cut a key with a code from the hon companyThey said they could They told me the hrsI drove from Hazleton and they were closed for lunch saying the lunch hrs were 12:30-1:30 At 1:45 they reopened the door 4 customers waiting outside in the cold!They cut the key and charged me 19.00 unbelievableAsked for the receipt Incase it didnt workIT DIDNT WHEN I CALLED THEY THEN TOLD ME THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM NOT CUTTING THE PROPER KEYBIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY EVER !!!!BUYER AND CONSUMER BE WARE

This place is horrible. It took them longer than they said to fix my locks then they charged me double what my estimate was. The person that took care of me at the register even told me the owner over charges everyone. Spend the extra gas and go somwhere else.
