Love Jones

My husband & I went to this establishment today. We were invisible, no one greeted us. But we noticed, the people after us got a warm welcome. We felt out of place & the staff wasnt friendly, or helpful at all. We waited like 30 mins. after we were told someone would help us load the products we needed, onto our truck. We were ignored once again, to the point we had to ask for a refund. Service was horrible, it made us feel like our money wasnt good enough. I thought this was a Christian business, I felt we were ignored because of the color of our skin. I say this because the white people in the store, were the only ones who got good service. Very disappointed that discrimination is still going on around us.

Excellent inventory of goods for farm and ranch. Mostly I have bought corral boards, gate hinges, fasteners, water line stuff. But they carry quite a bit. Nice store to have close by.

The people who work here are the best. They are super friendly and have gone out of their way to help me in emergencies and propose good ideas on how to fix or go about building something. Also, they know contractors who can do big jobs but who won't rip you off.Find Parker if you weren't born with power tools in your hand. He is the best. Contrast with the big box stores, whose employees are ignorant and not helpful.These guys used to skunk the big box store's prices, but, they went crazy, recently, so I only go here for emergencies, unfortunately.
