To be honest I called and ask someone to come unlock my truck..then called back to cancel not 3 mins later and they tried to charge me $29 .99 for 'time invested'...I do not recommend.

Took advantage of my elderly parents, charged over $2000 to install 2 locks. Charged $46 / key for key duplication. Would not return my complaint calls. Stay away.

I do not recommend ever relying on this business. They told me they would help me within 30 minutes and it ended up taking 4 hours. When they arrived they were very rude. They lied about the price of the key. The key was cut wrong, so i couldn't even unlock my car. Than they left me stranded and proceeded to lie about the time of arrival. I'm still waiting on assistance and i payed 240 dollars for my key with a military discount. Do not ever use these people. I have to brake into my car if i want to get into it. My tech was a guy named allen, and they supposedly wasn't his name so watch out.
