I called because I was locked out of my apartment, she showed up in the time she said she would; however was unprofessional and did not seem to really know what she was doing. She messed around with a bump key for a little bit and said well just have to drill it which is not something I can do since its an apartment. Still charged me $60 for a wasted hour of my life.

This guy is incredible. He knows his stuff and he will help you too. He's not trying to rip you off, he told me what I needed and where to go, and when something didn't work he didn't charge me anything. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend him.

I was referred to Ace Lock and Key from a Facebook friend. This was the best experience I have received so far from a company like this. He was very prompt, customer friendly and professional. I got my key made in minutes when other companies was telling me 2 hours. He also showed me how to program my key which I really appreciated! I will recommend this company to anyone! Best locksmith in Columbia. Purchased a Tahoe and needed extra key and remote. Paul made a new key and remote and both worked perfectly. You can't beat their prices and service. Have already recommended them to a couple of friends

I called because I needed my key programmed to my ignition switch that I had to replace his initial response when I called was that he would be able to program the key to my 03 Honda pilot and then he switched it and said I had to call a tow truck have it towed to a Honda dealer and that was the only way which was pure bull I called T and T which I highly recommend and they came to me programmed my key in less then ten mins is how i feel about Ace locksmith

I order some Honda keys offline and took it to Ace Locksmith to get them cut and program. The guy working there did a good job and keys work like the original. Will go back if I need anything else made.

Good place to the key cuts even if the fobs purchased outside. I went to some other key store which had better rating and located in the downtown area just to cut the keys but they refused to do for the key fobs purchased outside and asked hefty fee to buy from them. But this shop had done that and solved a prolonged problem. I felt I should have found this shop early. Keep it up. Thanks a ton.

I called at 9:47pm because I locked myself out of the house and by 10:15pm I was inside my house! He was fast, efficient, extremely polite and reasonable. I didn't have $75 cash on me but he could take a card which was wonderful! Everyone else I called was very firm on cash only. He took my card, I signed electronically, and a receipt was emailed to me in seconds. I don't recommend getting locked out, but if you do ONLY call Ace Locksmith!

I just recently used this company to get my car unlocked, the man said he would be there in about 10 minutes he showed up after an hour!!! Very unprofessional and the man said a completely different price in person than over the phone. These guys aren't loyal and trust worthy, wouldn't recommend and wont use it again!

I can't even say how much I appreciate Ace Locksmith service, I am in Sumter and about an hour away, I am a store manager and had an attempted break in, in the middle of the night, I could not secure my store, I have 2 sets of doors and only had the key to one set, so I called Ace Locksmith, he was the only locksmith that answered the phone at 3 am, and he walked me through changing out the barrels on my doors so I could secure my building.When I offered to pay something, he refused payment, said I did all the work :-) you don't find great customer service like this very often!!! Thanks again!!!

They were definitely overpriced my keys werent even locked in my vehicle they were in the tongue of my trunk and he charged me $60 knowing he didnt do any work he had decent service but terrible integrity, wouldnt suggest them to anyone honestly because that left at terrible taste in my mouth

I made the mistake of 1st calling Zigdon Services (aka. T and T locksmith). I called Paul with Ace Locksmith. Zigdon broke two of my locks and intimidated my manager to pay them immediately after the rushed lock change. I called Paul and he came out quickly, fixed everything correctly and was very reasonable. I even got him to make a copy of my truck key while he was on site. He is trustworthy unlike Zigdon.
