IF YOU NEED HELP CALL THESE GUYS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY! They came to us quick and Rekeying our 2 doors ( 4 locks total ). IF YOU NEED HELP CALL THESE GUYS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY! They are the best! They came to us quick and replace the key even though a missing piece was chipped off. I really appreciate everything they did because in the middle of the night they were the only ones who answered and help out even though other key replacement are 24hrs too. After locking ourselves out of our house in an incident that involved a garage door keypad that didn't work and two cows (don't ask), Zigdon's saved the day. Even though our house was 30 mins from their office, they were there literally 45 mins after I called - at 6pm on a Sunday night. Ten minutes later we were back inside. Stuck in Columbia after driving away from the beach and the car FOB was on the roof. FOB lost. Tony re-FOB'd the car at 7pm on a Holiday Sunday. No extra service charges. fast and friendly. Our horror story turned into just our inconvenience.

Phenomenal work. Needed a key for a very old door lock on the house. They came out on a Sunday after a quick phone call the day before (outstanding customer service!)no one does that! When they realized the lock was a bit of a relic and they couldnt fit a key the service guy said he could take the lock back to the shop and see if they could fix it. And they worked some magic and were able to fix the mechanics and get me 4 keys and cleaned the lock to make it look beautiful. All in the same dayall with a outstanding customer service. Friendly and professional. They care about their craftmanship and you! They are my go to for all lock and key issues.

So, a couple of months ago, my son was accidentally locked in a car (the AC running). On my way to him I was trying to contact a service but was having no success, until I googled and found this angel. Tony responded quickly and got to where he was before I did. Asking to leave review after i get the best service ever. 2:58 in the morning and i lost my car key ( downtown Columbia sc ) dont know what to do and ask the guy in the gas station to help me out. He give me a business card of Zigdons locksmith. A guy named Toni answer the phone and I was so happy that I have someone to help me out ! Zigdon was absolutely amazing. We had issues with faulty chips in brand new keys (I bought them off of EBay). The chips in the keys would not program and he kept working until he fixed my new keys. The man was a total professional and very nice. Highly recommend to anyone with key related issues.

Beware. I called this company for a price only, showed up anyways. They didnt mention all the extra charges! After complaining I was offered a discount if I would leave a good review!!!! Hell No!!! Did research on them so I could report to the BBB. Turns out, they have several business names they use!! They are listed as TNT locksmith, TDY Locksmith, Zigdon locksmith, 24/7 locksmith and local locksmith services. They all have different phone #s and addresses! Some are even out of state!!! They will quote u a price to come out but not tell you about they outrageous charges to do the service u actually asked for.

2am and we looking for locksmith in Lexington sc? Call to 4 different locksmith company in area and no one answer the phone ( if you 24/7 locksmith , you need answer the phone ). Tow truck pass by us and ask whats the problem!? We lockout I say. He call tony from zigdons locksmith ( them locksmith service in Columbia ) and after 15min a guy name Adam show up and open our car.
