weve called around the last two weeks since we lost our keys trying to find someone that could get us a key at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone else also. Ive read some of the other reviews but honestly we didn't have any issues with them and my husband spoke to them and they seem very nice. They came out to us obviously we didnt have our keys to that vehicle. It took them a while to get here but honestly it was well worth the wait ( Plus I think they also had another job ) and took just a few minutes to get the key. Im a very happy customer over here.

They came to my home to rekey 4 locks and gave me a quote prior of approx $110. I had some older locks and it turns out after an hour or so that they could not rekey 3 of them and they had to be replaced. I asked what my options were and they told me they would go and get three new door knob sets if it was OK with me. I said OK. An hour later they returned and got everything completed. They were there about three hours total. I was expecting the bill to be about $400 plus because of all the work they did plus the new doorknobs and locks. I said, 'Whats the damage?', and they said , '$175'. I couldn't believe it! They said they didn't charge me for the other work because they couldn't fix it. Who does that anymore? I was happy to see that ethical businesses still exist. Great people, great work, great experience. No need to call anyone else.

Responsive, courteous, understanding, super affordable, AND with no smoke and mirrors! The entire experience with these guys was so bizarre simply because it was everything you could have wanted in a mobile lock smithing service. They checked every box! They drove all the way out to the airport parking lot to help me and as soon as they got there, they started working. In 20 minutes they were able to get me up and running, even in the pouring rain. I hope i will not need another mobile lock smithing service again, but if i do, I know exactly who I will call. Thank you again guys!!!

On a Sunday I was desperate to find someone, they were the only ones I called able to come to get my car open that could also make me a new key for my car since my key was locked in the trunk. Made me a new key within minutes, and the price was very affordable. Great overall service, would definitely recommend.

Did not want to give this even one store but that's the only way I could write a review, we call these people at a little bit before 11:00 Sunday morning they said 45 minutes... An hour later we called again they said they had to put air in the tire , almost another hour we had to call them again but I missed call I had already called another locksmith that was on his way.in total we waited almost three hours in the hot sun waiting on these people and they never called one time. Each time we called they said they were on the way.. I called to cancel and the woman got a little upset with me her reply to me was we have drove almost an hour to come to you.... really??? I waited almost three hours to for you..in the hot sun...she tried to make it up by trying to lower the price but I had already committed to someone else... The one I called Campbell's in fairplay... From the time I called till the time he got done was less than 40 minutes....she drove by a couple times I guess to see who we got because she tried to tell me there was no one else to come out...she tried to argue with me on the phone I politely said have a good day and hung up on her.. she continued to text... I understand that things happen...but as a business owner knowing you have customers waiting on you you call that customer if something happens you don't make them call you three times.... If I could take my store back I would because they do not deserve it... She has promised to give 50% off if we ever need a locksmith again.. but I just don't believe I'll ever call them again... It was just bad business decisions all the way around....

Do not call these people. They are unprofessional, will not answer calls, and sent me a text to inform me I should contact other people to get a new key to my car. AFTER TAKING $40 FROM ME PROMISING TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND PROGRAM MY KEY. Then proceeded to dodge my calls and then plan to show up at 9 am. Proceeded by texting me at 9:10 saying they woke up late and then when I call back at 11:00 and tell them Ive been waiting and to hurry up, they have the AUDACITY TO TELL ME TO APOLOGIZE FOR BEING RUDE WHILE THEY ARE 2 HOURS AWAY AND THEN TOLD ME WELL GET THERE WHEN WE GET THERE AND HUNG UP ON ME. The absolute worst customer service and blatant disrespect and disregard for anyone but themselves. Call someone else, youre better off

I called them for help I was told they will be out within 30 minutes. I told them the location and headed out I received another phone call from a woman asking the exact location, again I told her and she told me she had another call. I told her The dispatcher told me it will be 30 minutes and I was already on my way she said OK I will let you know when we Are close. This was at 10 AM, almost 2 hours later I called the number she called me from with no answer. So I called the dispatcher number and canceled. I then called another company who was with me within 15 minutes. As they are fixing me a key the lady from Bennett shows up yelling across the parking lot. I walk over and told her we had called to cancel and she proceeded to cuss at me and yell and cuss at the other locksmith. I also have my 78-year-old mother with me. So when I walk away she comes a round to the other side of the vehicles in her van and yells out the window at the locksmith my mother and I cursing. It all seemed very sketchy I would never call them

Matthew did an excellent job making me two Toyota FOB. It wasn't quick and easy though. We found out the fobs would not program because my battery was weak and probably needs replacement. He hooked up some jumper cables and he was done in no time flat.This is the 2nd time I've used Matthew's services. He knows what he is doing!
