I have an obscure little '06 Suzuki Hatchback. While at work, my one and only key snaped in half. After settling down from a panic I called and was told they could be to me in about 40 minutes. Allen arrived on time and was very nice to talk to while he set a out making not one but two new keys for me, despite the nasty breakage of the old key. He truly is skilled at what he does and saved my butt big time!

I was really impressed with the behavior of the staff at this facility. We had a non standard car key that had snapped in two and the staff, at no charge and probably for an hour overall worked with me to try to get the key right, before discovering the issue was the ignition assembly itself. They additionally helped us obtain a temporary solution using a manual key with the snapped off software containing portion of the original broken key to turn on the car, enabling us to use it at all. We are very grateful for this (my husband and I), and despite helping us greatly they refused any recompense for the service. Additionally the entire staff seemed to be working with other customers with the same impartial dedication, treating everyone who came in equally and with the same level of care and attentiveness. It was really interesting to see both efficacy and honesty together, exactly as it should be. Despite the rugged surface individualism of the place (the gun paraphernalia etc.), it seemed for a moment that this was a place where one could still see part of the mark of the Maker in action, and not just in word. It is so difficult sometimes to find such a thing in the business world, much less from an entire team. It was kind of the highlight of my month.

My experience with using Florence Lock and Key was awesome!!! My vehicle was stuck at Magnolia Mall over night and I really dont know what to do. My ignition switch and key was shot. But it was James from Florence Lock and Key to the rescue. He really saved the day. He kept me informed of every step of the way. His service was excellent and affordable. James changed out the ignition switch provided me with a brand key. Thank you James. Youre the best!!!!Siskel and Ebert rates two thumbs up!!! Lol
