Denny Dail is the best!. I havent locked my keys in my car in years, but somehow managed to do so TWICE in a week and a half. Denny first came to the rescue last Saturday. He was incredibly polite and was able to help me into my car quickly and without damage. Ill spare the details, but today was an incredibly stressful day at work for both me and my husband. While waiting for him to wrap things up at work, I locked my keys in my car (yet again) IN THE IGNITION lol. Lo and behold, Denny came to the rescue again! My husband and I are extremely grateful for his wonder customer service. Due to his punctuality, we were finally able to enjoy a beautiful dinner together and celebrate our two year wedding anniversary. He was an absolute life saver and we cant thank him enough!

A month ago I needed a jump off and Mike Kelly arrived to help. Very polite and professional. Checked the cable told me I needed to get those tighten as soon as possible because the battery could mess up. Two weeks later I was needing a new battery.SECOND REVIEW...A few weeks later I needed services again. Again it was Mike Kelly. He called letting me know he was on the way and asked if I was safe. He called again telling me his location. He arrived told me to stay in the car out off traffic and to keep warm he would have me ready to go in a second. This man has been the same on every call.He is definitely an employee worth having on your team. Professional and very polite!!!

Mike Kelly came out this morning and opened the car but unfortunately key fob wasn't in there. He was very nice and professional. He told us to call the Spartanburg number to get a locksmith to come out and make a new one. We called around 12 and was told a locksmith would be calling. Didn't hear anything so called back around 3:30 and was told it would be re-dispatched. Now 5:00 and still haven't heard anything. Could at least call and say they can't get to it today. Very disappointed.

Mike Kelly with Pop-A-Lock Spartanburg was there way faster than the person over the phone had estimated. I was only 30min late to work which was fantastic since I was expecting to be an hour late. I was driving no more than 5 minutes after he arrived. Super friendly - I'll definitely call them again should I need help, but crossing my fingers that I won't need to!

We have roadside assistance for all of our needs and when we realized we were locked out of our vehicle we immediately called our roadside assistance company. We requested pop a lock because of prior great experiences with them! Our insurance company sent a different company called Jack Rabbit well the guy couldnt get our car unlock and was very rude and aggravated from the time he arrived and just very unprofessional and not in any type of uniform After one hour of trying and not being successful and having to help him try to do his job I recontacted my road side assistance company and requested that they send pop a lock. Shawn contacted me within minutes and was to us in less that 25 minutes. Less than 5 minutes of his arrival we were in our car. He was so professional and helpful and very polite and was in uniform confirming he actually worked for Pop a lock! We will never use anyone but pop a lock for any of our or our teens needs. They are very dependable and professional and they dont leave damage to ur car!!!! I will gladly keep using them and recommend them for any of your lock out issues!!!

Hope this review is for the right Pop A Lock. Mike Kelly came out to help me after I locked my keys in my car in the driveway. He came fast and did a great job of communicating with me once my work order had been put in; how long it would take him to be there, etc. He had my keys out of the car in no time and knew his way around a convertible.
