My young daughter was stranded alone with her keys locked in her car. As her parents, we are from out of town 3 hours away. She called This company and the expected wait time was 30-40 minutes. They were later than that getting there. They told her it would be $180 and she signed the paperwork. AFTER she signed, they charged the credit card $239. I am appalled at the dishonesty and unprofessionalism from this company in addition to the outrageous price. We called the office immediately afterwards and no one answered the phone.

It was great! Love my new Key. I did not realize that some keys could be made on the spot and some would be mailed to you. I got the Darth Vader style key and I didn't realize until the end of the purchase that it would be mailed to me a few days later. I wish that was more obvious from the beginning. It may have swayed my decision to get a more instant style key. Having said that, I am overall happy with my experience.

Do not recomend...prices are extremely high. It cost me $220 for the locksmith to pry my door open and press the unlock button on my car keys which were sitting in my front seat . Bad business

This is a company that book out other locksmith technician, please ask your prices first and how long it will take for them to come. My daughter was locked inside my bedroom door because the door lock key was broken from the inside. Took him like over a hour and half to come. Charging me $275 to come, change doorknob for another $180, he charge me for other hour services on top of that and whatever he did, leading to be more than $500. The work was done but I was totally shocked. They prices are extremely high, I wouldnt recommend this. I complained, he said he can give me some discount of $380, but wow, that is expensive. Company call and said their technician services is around $30 to come, dont know how it was $275, Lesson learn, its more of a Scam because they just come and dont said anything about the prices, I told them if I know if he charges that much to come, I would call someone else that is more affordable, I have my doorlocks change by other locksmith and it was like $60-180 max, never $500, wow, not reliable....beware of the locksmith that they book you with. Scam artist
