Came to diagnose a failing ignition cylinder at 11 PM on Friday, July 3rd at no charge. Changed out my ignition cylinder on the 4th of July for a fair price. Excellent service and really helped me out of a jam!

I couldn't be happier with this service call. First of all, I got a text when the technician was on the way that showed me his name, photo, and a picture of what he was driving. That was pretty impressive. Clint showed up right on time and I took him around to four different doors that each had one issue or another. Some wouldn't close without really forcing them... and some didn't make contact with the weather strip correctly. Two had new electronic locks that didn't always open or close from my phone or control panel because they weren't aligned properly. Clint fixed all of this while I went back to work. Everything works exactly as it should and he explained how the corrections made the doors far more secure. I would highly recommend Irmo Lock!By the way, I've reviewed them before. They saved me a fortune on my Lexus car keys! Dealership wanted twice what I paid!

My day was fine until I lost the chip in my key. Me and 3 other people searched everywhere but could not find the chip. I called roadside and they sent out Chris. He was awesome. He made a situation where I was almost in tears so much better. He was quick and very nice. It took less than 10 minutes to get me going.

We had a wonderful experience with Guy, the owner of the company. This was the only place that can program a Mercedes key. My father-in-law dropped one key in the toilet, another had its own set of issues. He tried his best to create keys for us while at the store but there were several obstacles but offered to come out to us to get the job. And he did so today! He is a stellar guy & honest work ethic. Chris was excellent when he came to our yard to make us a new key for our car. The car in specific was an older model and the key needed to be a specific cut. He was nice,friendly and confident in his works. I just wish my dogs were more friendly lol. I honestly would tell anybody who needs keys for the house,car etc to try out this company. Had my car key replaced in less than 45 minutes of needing a new one. The service was incredibly fast, courteous, and efficient. Their service tech Clint is a total professional. Definitely feel I can rely on these guys should I need help in the future. 10/10.

I owe my entire life to Irmo Lock Company and Adam. I lost my only set of car keys to my 2005 Toyota Highlander on USCs campus. After searching high and low, I started making calls to different lock companies and Toyota dealerships. Every company required me to tow my car to them. Irmo Lock Co. was able to give me an accurate quote and met me at my car with a key already made. Adam tested the key and it was jamming a little bit he apologized and said he would make a new one quickly. It took no longer than 45 minutes from his arrival for me to have keys that didnt just unlock my car, but turned the engine on. Everyone I spoke with told me that the only way I would be able to get keys that started my car would be through Toyota for a hefty price. Adam provided me with two fully functioning keys for about 1/4th of the price of anywhere else I was quoted. I am SO thankful!!! Support local business! Thank you, Adam!

I contacted Irmo Lock and Key via the internet, and set my appointment. I needed 3 keys cut and programmed for my Toyota Avalon. They promptly responded and when I arrived quickly handled my request. The locksmiths are freakin wizards!! You need a locksmith call these guys! Lovely by all means! Not outrageous with the price and their customer service is incredible. The workers are excellent and the care and love they give are awesome will be using them always!!!!! Love it love it love it!!!!!! First time using them they were a little backed up but I can tell you when they get to you its worth the wait. So be patient if you want quality and expertise! They know their stuff!! We lost our only key for our 2010 Mazda 5 and had to get someone out to our house to make a new one. Irmo Lock was super quick to schedule. The first OEM key they made had an issue with the transmitter but they made a regular key so we could at least start the van and drive it. They ordered a new OEM key, came back out, and fixed the new key. They also reprogrammed our old key when we found it. Adam was extremely professional and nice. Thanks Irmo Lock!

10/10! Clint deserves all the recognition! Long story, much shorter, I locked my keys in the trunk of a 2018 Toyota Camry. After calling AAA and them sending out a company to unlock the car door the old school way, they triggered the anti-theft system. By doing so this disabled the trunk release on the interior button. As fate would have it my car was not designed with a non-electrical back seat pull-down release as well. Finding out the original company who came out to the AAA call could no longer assist, a call back to AAA occurred and they found a locksmith to come assist. Prior to Clint's arrival (over the phone with AAA he exuded professionalism, respect, empathy, and most importantly exceptional customer service). This was reflective upon his arrival and while on site as well. With much patience and learning additional 2018 model security levels by applying his critical thinking skills and initiative, Clint was able to create a new key to then gain access into the trunk. Not exactly how I would want anyone to spend their Monday evenings however, Clint was able to provide the light at the end of this tunnel!

Called multiple lock companies and no one could help yet almost everyone said call Irmo Lock Company. Clint answered immediately and was very helpful. Had our car towed there and left overnight. Next morning I called and they were working on diagnosing the problem which we thought was a worn out key. Hours later found out interior wire in steering mechanism broke. They fixed and made us a spare key. FANTASTIC SERVICE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Guy Caskey you have a wonderful local business and great group of technicians. Thank you!!!!

The prices are too high, and the guy smoked next to my car when programming the keys. Really poor customer service and I would rather go to Lowes to cut the key for $8 and then program it myself next time.
