Its on Google under locksmith. Misleading. Called for locksmith services outside cameras captured charged deposit twice and charged twice as much as quoted. Complained. No response in 30 days. Lawyer called. Reported to BBB . Multiple complaints While they claim to have no knowledge of this locksmith business phone number finally traced to this business. May be a roaming locksmith business. Charged 2 separate deposits and took over 24 hours to repair and over twice as much as quoted. Cameras on property where car key broke has cameras which captured quotes. This site actually names a locksmith company with a good reputation but has nothing to do with them. Beware. Also gave fake email to respond

My wife bought me a biometric handgun vault for my birthday. She, unfortunately, bought it online from a big box retailer. Luckily, she got me a Liberty HDX-250! Even more unfortunately, the vault was damaged when it arrived. I immediately called Liberty and left a detailed message. Steve, from Liberty called me back quickly, and after informing him about the problem, and reminding him about Smart Safes store near me, Steve contacted them on my behalf. Half an hour later, when I walked into Smart Safes, Matt, the owner, greeted me BY NAME, and said he and Steve had worked everything out for me! Matt had a new replacement in my hands in minutes, without so much as a signature or a single piece of paper! Liberty, and especially Smart Safes, are worth every penny to get that kind of quality product, AND amazing customer service! Matt and Liberty have earned a loyal customer for life!

They are very professional and friendly...a family type atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door.We highly recommend Smart Safes...they are courtesy, professional, and gentle. I had been looking for a safe for a while before I found Smart Safes in North Augusta. I knew I wanted a Liberty, but I wasn't sure which on I wanted or how big they actually were because it can be difficult to visualize sizes just from looking at dimensions on line. I found Smart Safes after a Google search and decided to go check them out. I was pleasantly surprised to see an actual showroom that was fully stocked with a full line of Liberty and Fort Knox safes of all sizes and price points. Their prices were good from all of the research I had done and they actually offered a delivery and installation. This was why I ultimately went with them since nobody else offers more than drop shipping. The crew that showed up included the owner of the store and the delivery was done quickly, correctly, and without damaging anything. I am pretty happy with my experience with this company. If you are in the market, check them out!
