All American Locksmith saved the day! My friend lost the key to his car on a very nasty, rainy day. We called one place, who stated they couldn't provide service and we're booked until Wednesday, so I did an online search and chose All American Locksmith. It turned out to be a blessing!! I spoke with John, who was very pleasant and stated that someone would come out right away, in which they did just that! I called John back several times throughout the process, and he was very pleasant and patient each time. Scott, the Service Technician who came out, was just as pleasant. The customer service is awesome and the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend All American Locksmith. Thanks so much to John and Scott! God Bless!!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody they tell you 50-80 on the phone and my husband has an older car a Ford focus thr most simplest car to unlock and he got charged 85.00 to unlock his car we have had to get his car unlocked before and the most we have ever paid was 60.00

My crew accidentally locked a door that we did not know the client did not have a key for. They called All American Locksmith and were charged $110 cash only to unlock this door; $30 for the service call and $80 to unlock the door. I have used a locksmith company for my business and paid less than that to have locks changed out and keys made. The company I worked with also accepted checks. I called the All American office and the office said that they do accept checks so not sure about all of this. I just felt a bit shady.

My experience with them was horrible the guy came out and made copy of the key for me and the car crank the first two times and wouldn't crank. So he told me I needed gas so I went and got gas and the car still wouldn't crank. I call early this morning on June 17 2017 and spoke with a manager he had a very bad attitude telling me that it's probably the battery when the lights and everything is on my car only have been sitting for a week I never had a problem with it. The key would not even open the door from the outside of the car. I would not recommend.

they did what they said. but the tech that came out was rude and raised his voice at my wife, for explaining how our car works. he overcharged tax; program key is labor, service call is labor and unlock door is labor. they charged 125 job rate to make the key the only tax should be on the key job rate. I am a service tech, even if I think the customer is as crazy as a bag of rabid squirrels, I never raise my voice.

This company was horrible. They told my wife $29.00 over the phone then when they got to the car they charged an additional 70 dollars for 2 seconds of effort to unlock the car door. They are scam artists. When I called the office to speak with the owner he says 'I'm not giving you anything or discounting anything for the time it took for the technician to get there. I got paid and you need to go away.' Do not use this company for service they will rob you blind.

Theyre good got my key duplicate, as for my door locked the price is kind of pricey. But, I have my duplicate keys which is nice.

They charge 100 bucks for an emergency service. They will say 29 for the visit and 75 to open the door......Soo just be aware.
