If you can deal with the overwhelming smell of nicotine, you may just get whatever you need. It smells like something or someone has been smoking every kind of tobacco known to man non stop for 100 years straight. I needed a key cut for a vehicle and when I went in the guy (maybe owner) was on the phone talking about his medical business. I waited for at least 10 minutes and still didn't receive any service. I ended up having to go another town/city over.

Good friendly people! Excellent service! Lots of inventory! Including safes,keys probably anything you could need in the line of lock or key! I had a dual lock safe ( key and combination)that needed to be opened, I got it opened, the combination and 2 keys for what I thought it would have cost to just decifer the combination!

Excellent!!! This extremely kind man saved us today when we're locked out of our car while traveling on I-95 after our family vacation. He even gave my kids some games to keep them occupied while we were on the road. Highly recommend this company!!!

Got charged 505$ to rekey 5 deadbolt locks.only 4 worked .when asked about fixing the 5 th. The owner Robert said there is another charge to come and fix the lock that didn't work after they had been paid to fix them.of course I refused to pay any more he started cursing me telling me how long he'd been in buisness and f#$%g this and that and then hung up on me like a professional buisness person does.I wouldn't rate his business a 0.I won't be doing any further buisness with Stokes in the future.

I called on a Saturday morning and within 5 minutes he returned my call. Thank god i found my car key and when i told him i had found it he took another ten mi utes giving me some very helpful info and told me if i come to rhe office he would scan my key for a chip for no charge and gabe me the prices for a duplicate key with and without the chip. He was very helpful especially after he found out i didnt need him to come out. I will definitely go to him to get my spare key made. Really cares about his customers! I would highly recommend him!
