I wanted to disagree with the review that said this wasn't a good place to get a mower repaired. I took my old Toro mower here multiple times for repair, which they did quickly and inexpensively. I was impressed enough to buy from them when it was time for a new mower, even considering that I live in Brandon, and they are located on the west side of Sioux Falls.

I went to four separate mechanic / lawn mower maintenance shops, and either they couldn't help me because it wasn't the right brand, or they were unexpectedly closed. However, when I called here the gentleman was more than happy to help. It ended up being a simple fix and I got to go charge free. I was also given great advice on the use of the mower. If I could, I'd rated 6 out of 5 stars

Even though they are on the other side of town, they are my go to place when I am looking for certain items. I have always found them to be very helpful at coming up with solutions to unusual problems. They are also the only place where you go in and buy three nails for 5 cents and they treat you the same as if you just spent 500 dollars.In response to everyone being in 'street clothes' I have never had trouble finding someone to help. The best place to ask is when you walk in the door. Usually I am asked if they can help as I come in the door.

Everyone that works there is usually dressed in street clothes so it's hard to even tell the difference between those working and those looking. Almost every time I go there for a special part or tool they can never seem to find or know what I'm taking about. It's also very expensive.
