$197.00 for first the wrong Key Fab that didn't open the trunk, then one that wouldn't work to start the car. What have taken 15 minutes took over an hour then had to wait 4 days for the proper Fab to come in. I order a new Fab for my car and programmed it myself and had the key cut all for less than $30.00. They are nice people but have no clue what they are doing.

I was so impressed with the speed of service, clean knowledgeable! They knew about my car, and what could happen if I bought look alike Key off line. He saved me a lot of time and downloaded to the car, some new upgrades, and cleared the codes, just like a dealer could, but without the cost and wait time, which is so important. I will be recommending to everyone for there key remaking needs!

We were in a bind, and Mr. Chic came through for us when another locksmith failed us miserably! Having lost one key to our push-to-start Lexus long ago, we were stranded when we accidentally threw our remaining one in the trash bin the night before collection day. Key Trader arrived at our home on a moments notice, created an emergency key for proper entry to the locked car, and had two new keys programmed within 30 minutes. We cant thank him enough for his professionalism, friendliness, and speed of service. Hopefully we wont need him again, but if ever we do we wont hesitste to call Key Trader.

What a great experience! Thank you Chic. He came out rather late at night, and cut keys for one of my cars, and recharged my key fob for my other car. Since the original key had a micro chip, he also had the knowledge, expertise and tools to program the new key. In about 30 minutes time he was able to cut and reprogram the key and get us running again. We sincerely appreciate him coming out late at night, so we could keep to our morning routine. Recommended by other locksmiths to make a key for my BMW after my dog got a hold of it. Called after 11pm Friday they where here at 11:30, had a working key by 12:10am. They're licensed and reasonable ...Chic is pretty funny, even offered to make a key for my dog's mouth :)

Chic came to my office to make a remote for my car because the old one was cracked. When I asked why the key was hard to work, he made a new key for me too. I was going to have my ignition checked and probably would have had to have it replaced if he hadn't told me it was a worn out key. Who would have guessed that keys wore out? His fee was also about half of what I was told the dealer would charge, and I didn't have to go there and wait for them to have time to serve me! The key now turns easily...no more struggling to get the car started!
