I'm not the person that type bad reviews and if I have something to say, it will be positive. But this will be an exemption. 2 technicians came to my house to make a key for my car because I lost the key (Infiniti G37s 2008) working perfectly just missing the key, everything was going ok and they were able to start the car. Later they did something that they don't even know what was it and the car was not accepting any key. They call the owner/boss that had more experience. He came to my house, tried to fix what the other 2 guys did but he did not find what was the problem. I told him to undo whatever they did and leave the car how it was before but apparently they don't know how to do it. The windows went down and now they don't go back up and the owner/boss got mad at me because of that, turn around without any explanation and walk away! I give them all the respect that they deserve and this is what they did. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I stopped by during normal business hours. The receptionist was on the phone and had the door locked. I was made to wait outside until she finished her phone call. I gave my contact info and requested someone to come to my house 1 mile away from their store to open an old car of mine (1969). After a week of not hearing back I called them. I was told they were not going to bother looking at the car and to take it to a body shop. I just needed someone to use a slim Jim and open my car for me.

Hi friends, one of my door knobs stopped working in my place. What this meant was that the key fit and turned but nothing inside the doorknob was turning. I found The Locksmith Co. through a quick Google search. They live in my hood and were there in less than 30 minutes. Superfast and knowledgeable. Really appreciate their professionalism. So, if you ever need someone last minute (aren't these types of problems always last minute), I recommend you give these guys a try.

I came home one night found that my apartment had been burglarized. My TV was gone and so were some other items. The lock on the apartment door had been broken and the security chain snapped off the wall. It was a mess! I called The Locksmith Co after a friend recommended them. They sent a locksmith within the hour (even though it was after midnight) and he replaced the damaged lock and fitted a new security chain. Being robbed was horrible but at least it was cleared-up quickly. Thank you, Joshua!

If you ever need a locksmith I would definitely recommend The Locksmith Co. I recently had a tenant that refused to pay rent. I basically had to evict them and it wasnt a pretty sight.
