I shopped online and picked up in store. The tech behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out fairly quickly. The batteries I bought had special rebates available, but ease of filing for them was not that easy. I elected to mail them in with receipts, but couldn't help but notice the instructions on the back were extremely small print as well as somewhat greyed out. Using a flash light and reading glasses were necessary to ensure that all the info that was requested was filled in. I am not totally confident that I wrote down everything it wanted, but the full receipt is included. There should be more than enough info on the receipt alone to receive the rebate. When I see things like this it makes me weary, an eye popping advertisement for a rebate can effect decisions to purchase certain products and then you have to deal with this kind of shaded, grey paper mail-in voucher the size of a post it note. The products are great, the facility and service were clean and welcoming, but the process for filing for my rebates took longer than the entire trip to pick up the batteries.

My Samsung's phone battery was swelling and pushing the back plate off my phone. It would have cost me $399 to get it fixed through Samsung but they fixed it for less than a hundred! My phone looks/acts FANTASTIC after their service so I highly recommend them! Great service, friendly employees who answered all my questions and a price you can't beat!

Had the battery in my IPhone 4S replaced last summer. When I got it home it continously rebooted and wouldn't quit. I took it back to the store and got a lame excuse why it might be doing that and they offered no solution. I contacted Verizon and even they couldn't troubleshoot the problem because the phone kept rebooting. Verizon finally sent me a free replacement thank goodness. I have bought batteries from Batteries Plus with no issues. Would I let them work on my IPhone? No way!

I feel like the people working there will tell you anything just to make the sale. I was assured my phone would be fixed by Monday. The battery didnt even come in till the next day, then they assured me they would call me when it was done and they didnt. I wouldn't go back or recommend them.

Excellent service! Replaced my iPhone 6 battery in ten minutes while I grabbed a unicorn frappuccino at the Starbucks next door. When you schedule an appointment online you get a coupon for $10 off so my new battery was replaced for less than $55 total. Also both of the guys in the store were friendly and really nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend!

I ordered a Duracell car battery online and when I went to pick it up they gave me a Powertron brand battery. He said it has the same warranty and that they had the Duracell in stock but couldn't sell them until they sold the older Powertron batteries.
