I only needed a car key cut because I could do the programming. Other companies in town refused to cut the key I brought in, but David's Lock and Key had no issues with me bringing in my own key to cut, and did it for FREE! Now that's what you call customer service! He has my business from now on.

Occasionally my car has a mind of its own. Usually when it's cold and rainy, as it was this morning when on all its own it locked the doors. Must have sensed the key was in the ignition and I not in the car. I called David's Lock & Key and the nice lady that answered got all the details and set the expectation. Expectations were exceeded, service was quick, price was very fair considering it was an emergency for me. All in all I hope I don't have to call again, but I'm grateful knowing they're there when I need them.

Great store and service. Had many keys cut there. Had one lock re keyed and bought a few barrel locks too. Can't complain. Good place to do business with.

Best place in Columbia to go to for all ur locksmith needs they have a key for anything and actually know what their doing. They can come to you if u need them to. I bought a custom key for my crotchrocket noone else would cut it for me they did no problem. Really nice people & friendly service

When I called in the early morning they answered right away. My mother locked her self out of the house the night before. We set up an appointment at 10:00 for them to unlock the door. They were there before we arrived and they promptly opened the door. I am sorry if I get the gentlemans name wrong but I think it was Chris. After finding out why my mother locked herself out, my Dad passed away the night before and mom in a rush locked herself out. Chris did not charge my mother! What an amazing man and company. You really touched both of our hearts and made a big impact. Do not hesitate to use this company! God bless you.

Amazingly Fabulous! I was a wreck when my rental car locked with the keys inside and I had to make a flight out of Nashville that afternoon. As my heart pumped double time AAA called David's and arranged my problem. David's stated they would be there within the hour, and arrived sooner than expected, which was good for the nervous breakdown I was experiencing. I had called with an update of where to find me.
