Tater Bug

This man is nice enough however, when he cant cut a lock and needs to use his drill, he damages your property and drills holes in it instead of just the lock. If you pay attention, he claims that every negative review is not a customer of his. He'll probably say the same thing about my review because I don't go by my real name on google. I assure you though I used his services before I found Henry's lock and key.

I just needed locks to be rekeyed. He informed me that he couldn't and replaced everything with unapproved ugly knobs and dead bolts that didn't match anything. He charged me over $1200 and the job was botched and not complete. I tried to meet up with him a week later and he never showed up. I finally got him to come out again to fix his mistakes and he tried charging me again, after I had gone back and changed everything myself and returned the hardware back to him. Big mistake hiring this guy. Look elsewhere.

I called them at 11:16am said it would be 30min. Called again at 12:40 no response. Called economy lock&key at 12:45pm said it would be 20 min showed up at 1:00pm. Sitting in my truck and keisling shows up at 1:22 sorry but 2hrs and six min.....could have at least called me to let me know something. I'm a truck driver I know that sometimes things happen but not communicating with me is just bad business.

Great man, and great service. Though my truck was going to be tough with the battery being dead and having electronic locks, but took him no time to assess the situation and get it done! Like I said wouldnt choose anyone else!

Called them and they came out within 10 minutes. Nice fellow went through and unlocked a few doors that had the keys lost and completely re-keyed the house. Quick, prompt, courteous and friendly.

Locking your keys somewhere is never fun and is very frustrating. This guy has helped me a few times now! He is always a joy to talk to. Late nights and weekends can be pricey but Id expect that anywhere. He always answers my calls (unlike the other local company that advertises 24/7 service). I recommend him for fast and reliable service.

DO NOT CALL!!!! CHARGED ME $125 to UNLOCK MY CAR WHEN IT TOOK HIM 2 MINUTES TO UNLOCK IT. HAD THE NERVE TO SAY ILL GIVE YOU A $10 DISCOUNT THEN CHARGE ME A $10 FEE TO USE MY DEBIT CARD FOR PAYMENT. OTHER COMPANY IN COOKEVILLE CHARGES $35. CALL THEM FIRST BEFORE YOU CALL THIS GUY. MY REPLY TO THE OWNER,YOU SERVICED MY WIFE, THEREFORE I AM YOUR CUSTOMER BECAUSE THE MONEY CAME FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. HOPE YOU ENJOY OVER CHARGING YOUR CLIENTS. YES, MY WIFE WAS POLITE, AND SHE HAS LOCKED HER KEYS IN HER CAR 2 PREVIOUS TIMES. SHE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE YOUR SERVICES AS HER PHONE WAS LOCKED IN HER CAR AS WELL AND THE ATTENDANT AT THE GAS STATION CALLED YOU. NOT HER. SHE WOULD HAVE CALLED THE OTHER 24 HOUR LOCKSMITH IF SHE HAD THE CHOICE CAUSE HE HAS A REASONABLE PRICE AND ALSO FIXED HER DOOR IN THE PROCESS.
