Scot was absolutely amazing. Nothing but professional, courteous, and kind. We were visiting from PA and broke down on I81. After hours of numerous phone calls with our roadside service, Tennessee Highway Patrol called us to let us know they new we were stranded and feeling uneasy as tractor trailers were whizzing by us. They gave us a list of towing services that could help with towing us and our travel trailer. They stopped to check on us while we were waiting. Casper towing to the rescue. After 5 hours of sitting on the side of Rte 81, they got us to their lot where we could sleep and plug into electric while truck is being repaired.Kudos to Caspers, Scot, Tennessee highway patrol and the other gentleman that assisted with towing our trailer.Sincerely Sam and Kathy AshPhoenixville, PA

We were traveling on I-81 on the 5th of July when we had our 2nd blow out in 2 days on our travel trailer. Our roadside assistance left us stranded on the side of the interstate for over 5 hours when I decided to call someone myself. I found Casper's and I can't even explain how awesome they all were!! It was Sunday around 5 or 6 in the evening and they got the guys together and were to us within 45 minutes. We couldnt get a spare until the following day so they graciously allowed us to stay in their fenced in area in our RV and offered us electric. They called and picked up 2 tires early the next morning and mounted the tires and had us on our way again by 10 AM! I can't say enough about everyone who works there!! They are what everyone in this world should be, kind and generous!!! We absolutely recommend them!!!!

Great service from the frontdesk and drivers in the field, broke down in Walmart parking lot front desk texted and gave a time frame shortly after contacted by driver, Told me was in route. When he arrived and loaded my vehicle Jimmy, I might add showed great professionalism in dealing with some of the most inconsiderate people in the parking lot, I have seen since moving here. After my car just decided that it wouldn't accelerate any longer, I placed a call for a tow with my roadside assistance. They put in the tow with another company and said it would be 20-30 minutes. After waiting for almost an hour, I called roadside assistance again and the original tow company cancelled the order due to being shorthanded. They then called Casper's and they had me towed within 30 minutes. My driver was very professional and friendly. He took great care with my car. I would recommend them for anyone needing service. Thank you so much for great service during a difficult time.

I went to Caspers for an auto claim, well I went to pick up my car the battery was dead and my radio doesn't work now, as in won't even come on I had to go back the day after picking up my car (05/12/2020) to find out the battery cables had been loosened and no one could tell me why because the work preformed on my car was on my trunk and bumper. And now I have to pay to have my radio fixed. I don't reccommend this place if you want things to work when you pick them up

Got locked out of my truck and I called Caspers. It took only 15 minutes for the locksmith to show up and get me back in my truck. There service was very affordable and the locksmith was very knowledgeable and able to get in my truck without scratching the paint on my vehicle. I'm very pleased at the quick and affordable service they offered.

Scott was my hero today!!!! I very stupidly and of course accidentally ended up locking my dog in my car with all the windows up and car not running. I called AAA in sheer panic mode and they put me in touch with Scott at Casper's. He called me to let me know he was doing everything he could to get to me. He must've driven that truck 90 mph to get to the rescue. God bless him and Casper's. He had my door open in 30 seconds or less. Dog is just fine and doggy mama is finally getting over my panic spell. Doggy don't even know what all the excitement was about...lol.

My truck was dead in the driveway with a broken brake line. I called for a tow and explained that I live alone and this was my only vehicle. They came and got the truck, fixed it and I was back on the road again in less than 24 hours! That is unbelievable service! I'm a first time customer and they treated me like family. And that includes the cost which was super reasonable. Highly recommend them!

They parked their giant truck in the front most 4 parking spaces at Walmart on a Sunday. I understand such a large vehicle needing multiple spaces, however if you must take your tow truck grocery shopping, then you need to park in the back of the lot. This is just basic respect for ones neighbors. Learn some decency!

Scot was wonderful, getting our dog to his vet, for boarding, and then taking my husband to get her, a few hours later, after the incident was corrected. Stranded at rest area with alternator failure. Towed vehicle, made sure we were settled into motel in Greeneville, the next day repaired vehicle, brought back to us and we were on our way. Could not have been nicer to deal with. Scott was most helpful, rest of Caspers employees very accommodating.
