Horrible customer service. They should get a 0! They quote $29 and possibly fees IF tools or equipment are needed. They tried to charge my husband $150 for a job that took 30 seconds and thats after the tech that pulled up to do the job rolled up in his personal vehicle with all his friends. This company is the absolute worst. They wont resolve issues. Will not take responsibility for the false information provided. I want to warn anyone not to use this company. Also I do not want anyone from their company to respond. You arent sorry. You dont care. And you wont do anything about it!!!!
