Phillip arrived for a re key request that I had for 3 doors and 6 locks. The reason why a 1 star review is being given is bc of Phillips attitude and lack of consistency. He was condescending, short with us, and then asked for our drivers license at the end of his job for him to verify we were the homeowners. The problem with this was that he had already changed the locks and gave us the key. He then demanded us to pay him directly at the end of the job even though he informed me before he started the job that I can pay over the phone to the office. I would not recommend Delta Key to anyone as long as the customer experience with the techs are awkward and unfriendly

I drove to their shop two days in a row to have a remote programmed and a chip key cut and programmed. I was quoted $50 total for the job but the remote wasn't the right one for the car. I had purchased both on EBAY. The tech cut and programmed the key, called his boss and the boss insisted over the phone that the price was $50 just for the key. I told the tech if I had to I would pay it but that I would leave a negative review, he felt that the boss was wrong and dropped it to $30 but it still upset me. It's not like they came to me. The frist visit, the tech told me he couldn't do it that day for some unexplained reason, the next day same tech. I drove there from Strawberry Plains twice but I will never go back.

I needed a couple of keys programmed for my son's Nissan. I called the local dealership and they wanted me to schedule an appointment because it would take them at least an hour to program my keys. Also, must mention, the cost was ridiculous. I called Delta Locksmith. They were so much less expensive. I met with Philip and I was expecting it to take over an hour because that's what the dealership told me. From start to finish, Philip had my two keys programmed and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Wow! Great job! Great service! Great price! I will definitely use them again when I need a reliable locksmith. Matter of fact, my mother-in-law recently said that she need a couple of spare keys for her car. Expect to here from me again soon Philip...Thanks!

My door handle is from the 80s but he dug in and fixed what kept it from locking and now its functioning like new. Total pro. Great price. This is who to call for lock stuff.

Came all the way out to Oak ridge to unlock my car when AAA came to try and couldn't even unlock my car. These people are very nice helpful and not too expensive. To unlock my car they charged me $65 at a flat rate and got it done in all of 10 min. I am very happy with them

When I attempted to change a deadbolt and knob on my 40-year-old home, I realized it was more of a challenge than I had prepared for. Before I went to bed Friday evening, I put the old lock back in place just so there would be some way to lock the back door for the night. Saturday, when I went to examine the lock again, I realized I could not open the door. I called Delta lock and Key at 1 PM Saturday, and by 2 oclock, Darryl was there working on my lock. It took him no time to fix the problem and change the knob and deadbolt. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely suggest this company to anyone who asked.
