Poor customer service they change there prices when you get to the register ,there excuse is there has been a price increase but they don't change the price on the shelf ,very messy store ,need to focus on customer service & organization ,the girl at the register seems lazy!!

Cluttered if I must say ,to be honest at the least. Mt.city TN true value will most likely have what you will need,and then some... More or less the Wal-Mart of this little town.

I have been shopping here at this hardware store for many years. This is by far the best hardware store I have ever been in. My line of work has me in different areas of the country and I often find myself having to visit hardware stores for my line of work. I only wish every hardware store was like this one. It is hard to believe that a store of this caliber is in such a small town. I hope this town knows how fortunate they are to have True Value in Mountain City.

Little disappointed that I couldn't trade out a belt for a lawnmower today for my next door neighbor. The girl there was trying to help me. Just don't understand why I couldn't swap out for the right belt.
