Skip the dealer on auto keys. Call ahead as this is a small shop, appears they are often on the road doing mobile calls. Fast and fair price for OEM replacement smart key fob (Nissan). Quick to diagnose the issue, was able to confirm my existing auto remote was still sending RF signal and reprogram. Also cut me a new key and programed extra smart key, all in under 30 minutes.

Came super quick, very friendly! Was there when I needed on a weekend. Not cheap, but if you lose your key and need one reprogrammed its better than getting your car towed to the dealership for them to reprogram your key. Kevin was great!

I absolutely loved dealing with this company! I waited 2 hours over the time specified by Pop-A-Lock for the technician to never show up! When I called TN Lock and Key, I was told by the technician, who was incredibly nice and respectful, that he would be there in an hour, and he showed up in 35 minutes. I was also given text updates along the way. Not only that, but the price I paid was 80 dollars cheaper than I was quoted by the other company to have a new key made and programmed to my car. You really can't beat that!!! I will be recommending TN Lock and Key Inc. to anyone in need of a locksmith from now on.

Very nice, flexible people. I requested lots of different keys, and they were very good about ensuring they got the keys right. They tried to figure out ways to do fewer lock changes to save me money. I didn't ask prices ahead, so this was my fault, but was surprised by the cost of installing a deadbolt. $50 service fee, $12 per lock change, but $100 per deadbolt installation in wood doors. But all in all, I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely by far the best Locksmith in middle Tennessee. Kevin took care of me when I lost my key fob. Very quick in responding and providing me a reasonable price. Dont go with another locksmith until youve given Kevin an opportunity to provide excellent service.

Called to say I was coming. When I got there he quoted a 10-15 minute wait to cut and program a Kia key/fob for me. Took maybe 12 minutes. Key works great! Cost 70 bucks. WAY cheaper than the dealership. :)

Called at 5:05pm and confirmed they were open until 6:30pm, drove down to shop and found it closed 15 min later. Sign on the door says they close at 5:00pm. Called back and was told 'sorry I'm downtown'. What a waste of time.
