Locksmith and they got it taken care of quickly, professionally and honestly a lot cheaper than I was expecting. Very friendly and helpful associates and great rates. Great and fast service! I was locked out of my vehicle at 12:30a.m. when I got home from work. Although the website states they are open 24 hours, they are not. I called them at 7:00a.m in the morning and I left a message. Oak Ridge Locksmith opens at 9:00a.m. I received a call back at 7:05a.m. Keith the owner was at my residence within an hour to unlock my vehicle. Highly recommend!!!

I was visiting Oak Ridge from out of town, and locked my keys in my jeep. I called the local police department first, and was told if there was not a child or pet in my vehicle, they could not help me. I googled and found the number for Oak Ridge Locksmith. Called them and explained my situation. He was there in no time at all. Had my door unlocked and got my keys out of the ignition. He even told me to check with my automobile insurance company to see I had coverage and if so they would reimburse me...who knew. I did check with them upon returning home and am expecting a check in the mail. I would recommend this company to family, friends, or anyone. FABULOUS SERVICE !!! So helpful when my key wasn't working on the door of my new car. I was expecting to have to get a new door mechanism or even just have a key specially made but he simply sprayed some of his magic stuff in it and worked the lock for a bit and my key worked! He was so nice and helpful!

Gavin came out yesterday to change the locks at my house and did an absolutely incredible job. It was actually pretty fast, considering that I needed new locks on five doors *and* considering that he didn't simply replace them he actually made them far more secure than they had been originally. He was also very pleasant to have around! (I say this because I have had some people come to work on this house or on previous apartments who have been pretty grumpy!) This is always the company I will call, in a heartbeat, and I'll be recommending them to everyone else (not that they need it because their long history of hard work speaks for itself).
