My son is a month shy of 2 years old locked himself in the bathroom and we couldn't get him out called Jim's lock and key and they were here so fast . He opened the door in 2 seconds of being here. Great business I highly recommend them.

I'm brand new in town and dont know anyone here in Sevierville. I needed the locks replaced on my new home purchase. I called Jim and left a message to call me back. Jim called me back very quickly and I explained what I needed done. We planned a time for the next day! Jim had to order a part for me but stayed in contact to let me know it would be in the same day we planned just a little later than we expected. The parts came in and Jim came out after 5pm! He is very personable and professional. His work was done very well. Me being a newb in the area, I found myself talking his ear off and he came accross like someone Ive known my whole life. Jim I'm glad to have had you to fix my situation and will use your service and recommend your business to all I meet. Thanks for staying late and welcoming me to the area!

Best locksmith around. Cant beat the price. Top of the line customer service. I had locked my keys in my truck a couple of weeks ago and called and he was there like 10 mins and only took him about 30 seconds to open it. I wouldnt go with anyone else but Jims lock and Key!
