My experience with OBar Wrecker Service was great. From scheduling a pick up of my vehicle to when Joseph showed up to pick it up. Joseph is excellent. Made sure I didnt have any questions and explained everything to me.He even showed my kids how the levers work on the flat bed!

This was easily the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Our driver, Ryan, rescued us off of the side of the highway when we called and made sure we safely got home with my car. We were lucky to have to have someone that made a difficult situation so much easier. While other companies were giving us the run around, Ryan helped us find a solution to get us home even though we a few hours away. He was patient, kind and very professional. I know if I ever have an issue again, Ill be calling OBar Wrecker Service.

My 17 Ram 3500 lost a front wheel bearing on our trip home to Arizona from Atlanta. Called roadside assistance and Billy showed up to rescue us on a Saturday night. Hauled the truck into ABILENE got the wife and I to a hotel and made sure we had everything out of our truck we needed. Dropped our truck at the dealership sent me a picture of it on the ground. I was in a car accident and Obar wrecker came to the scene. The car was still towable just dented in the door. Anyways I only had liability insurance so I didnt want my car to rack up storage fees at their facility that I couldn't pay. I asked the tow guy if he could tow it to a body shop and I had heard from other people and sources that it would only be $50. Well he said to tow it to a body shop he would need $275 up front in cash or he was towing it to the Obar shop. I had no choice but to pay it, I was already really distraught and disorganized by the accident and this tow wrecker took advantage. I will never use this wrecker for anything and I have told associates to avoid this wrecker. What a rip off.

AAA roadside assistance call a battery jump and test 1st eta was 40 min second eta 10 third eta 6 and still no truck. Sorry i forgot to add when they guy did get there he did the jump and it was okay as it was the battery.

had a flat tire on my gmc sierra with a small camper cabin on it. aaa called them for me to to put the spare tire on it. he came and said , its too heavy. he can t do it .... what kind of wrecker service is that ? so i did myself. it took me 15 minutes. poor service. sorry.

My truck was towed by this company back in August of 2018 for a wreck. After getting back my truck I notice items missing within my truck. I do not recommend this company to no one. This is unexacceptable and someone needs to hear this. Unless you want things stolen from your truck after being towed then use this company. They have no real care for your property at all. I hope this will help out future customers.

Mar starter went out while running errands with my family today. I had my four year old with me. Not even ten minutes they were out at location! Driver was extremely nice and offered recommendations for maintenance locations etc. breaking down is one thing. Having a young one with you when it happens is whole different situation. I called to have my battery jumped through USAA's roadside assistance service and I guess I was unlucky enough to get this company.The guy shows up on the wrong side of the highway then hangs up on me when I tell him this. Then he almost hits me as I'm standing by my car with no warning, I should have got his name to try and get him fired. I don't know if this is how the company is or just that one wrecker driver but I'll never use this company if I can help it.

I called them and had them tow my truck that broke down and they knew I was from out of state they never called me to inform me it was picked up then I called them and wanted to pay my tow bill and storage with credit card and have my aaa tow it home they informed me that they couldn't take a card by phone without faxing or emailing me some permission slip that never emailed and they never once called me and they sent my truck to city impound without so much as a phone call all I can say is BEWARE BEWARE DON'T LET THEM VICTIMIZE YOU

If they come yo tow you after a wreck, you can request they take it to your property and they are obligated to tell you this. But they dont so they charge 100s for holding it in their yard.
