I would definitely recommend this place no question ever. Jack is amazing! The majority of our extended family has moved to Dallas and my grandmother still lives in Amarillo. She was unable to get into her vehicle because the door key was taken from her and not given back. This company came out provided exceptional customer service got my grandmother back into her vehicle and everything was very easy and simple. Another shout out to Jack! he is very compassionate and has amazing customer service! I dont even live in Amarillo but I would recommend him to everyone.

I called and was told 20min to come unlock my car. Mind you I told them if I was in a hurry so if i knew they couldn't do so quickly i could make other arrangements. She said it will be 20min. Waited 45min called back, was put on hold by the extremely rude lady answering for another 5 min. She then gets back on and says it will be another 20-30min and he will be there. I said that would have been nice to know I was told 20. 'Well that's just the estimated time' whatever. Hung up and called slim-jims took 15min. I dont know about the techs or whatever they are called but unless you have time dont bother because they dont care about you. And it's cold out here btw.

While passing through, we accidentally locked our keys in our vehicle. We asked the employees at the gas station which locksmith they recommended. And this is the company they told us about.After giving this company a call, they initially told us it would be around 20 min until theyd get there. Over an hour and half later, someone finally showed up, even after repeated phone calls we made to check on their progress. I will say that once they got there, it didnt take them long to get our vehicle open. I just wish we wouldve known that right up front so we couldve made other arrangements. I would not recommend using them and would check into other options first. Otherwise, I would not trust their time estimates, since it seems that 20 minutes means something totally different to them.Im giving this a 2 star since the actual unlocking process went well. Otherwise, Id only give it a 1 star.

Not saying pop a lock is bad I just think they should be willing to travel out to help people out who have been locked out there car outside of town... you know like in the way a tow company will even travel to bring you to town

Jack is the best! Earlier this year I locked my keys in my car and he rushed over and retrieved my keys. It was late and freezing cold. This time my ignition froze on my truck, he was extremely professional and took the time to drill out my ignition and replace it. There is no way I would even consider calling anyone else. He is the best and is a great representative for Pop a Lock. Thank you Jack for your assistance!

At 0130 was told it would be 30mins and 90mins later they can't get a hold of nobody pretty bad service if you ask me.

Worst service in Amarillo, took 2 calls and still no technician and we had to finally break the window!!! We needed our dog out before she died in the summer heat and she was trapped with the windows all sealed shut! I wont recommend this company and had I have known they did this poor quality of service I would of just called the APD.

Great service! Representative happened to be on my side of town! While it may not be your case, it was excellent cause I locked my keys in my car on my way to work and he showed up in 5 mins! I drive a Pontiac G8, and take my word for it when I say it is not an easy car to unlock. But he did it quickly and without hurting anything on the vehicle. Also not my first time using their service, I would highly recommend these guys. Oh and their pricing was lower than most people I contacted too!

I asked for sheded cheese...got the liquidAnd generated chips.....i always got fresh chip....was not good a all.....i asked the waitress several times ....was my order shredded cheese.....oh yes mamaThe meat was greasely....man and I always got good food there .....not happy
