Jarrett was so kind and helpful after a series of unfortunate events leading me to be locked out of my house and locked in my backyard (lol). He was quick and the quality of service and thoroughness was impeccable! Great price point as well. I highly recommend!

My kids were asleep in the car. I had Chick Fil-A in hand and realized I had locked the door to the house and I didn't have my house key It was 7PM and I didn't know who to call. A neighbor provided me the number to Access Safe and Lock. Preparing myself to hear they were closed or would take hours I went a head and placed the call. Immediately Jarrett picked up the phone and was taking all my information. Half an hour later he was there on my door step and had my door opened. Although I hope to never be in the situation again it is nice to know they are available to help when called upon. Excellent service.

Bottom Line Up Front: Fixed shoddy work by a competitor and reconfirmed my belief in using local small business. Fantastic Work.We had a locksmith come out and rekey our locks but left with one of the locks non-functional. That company would not fix their mistake and said they could send the same tech out to fix it. Not wanting an unreliable company fixing my locks again I found Access on Google. Emailed once or twice after hours and set up a new rekey for today. Jarrett came out within 30 minutes and rekeyed everything. He also took the time and managed to fix the lock that had been broken by the other locksmith. He was highly professional, very fast, and had great prices. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made for a great experience. When relying on someone to change the locks to your home you want someone dependable and honest. If I ever need a locksmith again I will not hesitate to call Access Safe and Lock.

Called these guys for a replacement key, Spoke with Jarrett. He was super helpful and patient. Did not use them as he did not have any openings for the day, but he was friendly and nice and the price was right, just had to get it done. But would call them in the future.

Came to Access for a house key that home depot or walmart couldnt seem to cut right and Access here a cut it perfect one try. They also help me fix my lock to my 1952 ford pickup. These guys here are professional and have great service. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs any keys or lock work done.
