The made a duplicate chip ignition key for my Lincoln Town Car for the best price I found. The woman who made my key was very friendly, polite, and professional. She made my duplicate key in under 10 minutes. The reason they arent getting 5 stars is the first time I called to get an estimate the man who answered was polite and professional, however when I called back to schedule a time to have the key made he was somewhat rude and cut me off mid-sentence. He asked me if it was just a duplicate key and I said Yes, its a chipped key and I believe you quoted me $$ when I... He then cut me off and said I already know all that, I need to know if you have a key to duplicate or were making one. His tone was rude and he seemed to be in a rush to get me off the phone.Everyone can have an off day but from reading the other reviews I suggest they have someone else handle the phone calls. If he hadnt been polite on the first call I would not have used their service and paid more for someone who was polite. From looking at the other reviews the only complaint anyone has had was with him being rude over the phone and this would be an easy problem to correct so theyd have a perfect 5 star Google rating.

I just called this guy on the phone about copying a key for a newer vehicle, and I don't know what I'm talking about, but you would think he would. In the in the course of the conversation, trying to figure out what I had and what I needed, he was rude and acted like he was being inconvenience by me asking him questions. I won't be going to him just because of that. If you're the professional and you want people's business than maybe you should be nice and courteous to your potential customers.

Guy that came out was extremely friendly and professional! I had just bought a new vehicle day before and the dealership gave me a key that wouldn't unlock my car door and refused to help me with it at all. Locksmith came out and made me a key on the spot within 30 minutes and it worked great! Could not be happier with their service! Will definitely recommend this business to everyone! Thank y'all sooooooo much!

I accidentally left my semi key inside and locked. So I called them. They came quickly and it took them 5 min to unlock it. Price is very reasonable. If I forgot my key inside my semi or my personal vehicle they will be first one I call.

They can make any key for you. I had to have a key made for both of my kids cars. 2 other places got it wrong (the key was VERY worn and had very little teeth left on it) they got it right the first time! it unlocked and started the car. Very nice people too!

I should preface this with the fact that nobody is ever happy to call a lock smith. This is mostly because I'm tighter than a cow's caboose during fly season. After a 4th of July weekend that left me star spangled hammered, my adorable wife locked her keys in the car at Walmart. Thankfully, Walmart had outdoor patio sets on display in the front for the convenience of people such as ourselves that owns a car with keys locked inside of them. This guy was the most affordable around, and did not seem bothered at all that I called him after hours. Would definitely use again. As a bonus, it appears he's working on a duck dynasty beard. That makes him awesome in my book, that's a fact Jack!
